La Patria (opens in a new tab) (Juan Luis Taborda, 15 October 2026) announces the second Numismatics and Collecting Fair at the Cable Plaza mall in Manizales, from 22 to 25 October. Admission is free. It is not a Notofilia fair and not an inventory of pieces identified here.

Hours and venue

La Patria places the show on the third floor, in the corridor near the food court, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The organizer, Wilmar Echeverry, says access is free: visitors can walk the tables, look at pieces, and talk with collectors without buying.

What will be on the tables

Echeverry tells La Patria there will be coins and banknotes from Colombia and abroad, to exhibit, buy, and sell. He also announces antiques, Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh cards, and Nintendo video-game figures. He expects participants from Manizales, Armenia, Cali, and Bogotá. The aim of this second edition is about 20 exhibitors; the first, in the first half of the year, had 19.

La Patria reports that exhibitors from Pereira have said they are not in a position to take part, after the earthquake of 10 August. Echeverry leaves a mobile number for anyone who wants to join as an exhibitor: 310 381 72 13. He notes that food sales will not be allowed, under the mall’s rules. The Hot Wheels and Panini-sticker exchanges, he says, are still unconfirmed.
